What do I need to start playing?

This is a topic for all of the things one will need to start playing (everything related to ARMA, excluding TeamSpeak). In order to play, you will of course need ARMA 2 and ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead (ARMA 2: Combined Operations also works) or ARMA 3. Now to the mods/addons. There are quite a few, however I suggest downloading and installing all of them (download link is provided):

ARMA 2 Mods:

ACE2 (the core realism mod; mandatory in all cases):

..and I believe that is all (correct me if I'm wrong). Of course, as the group develops, there will be changes in this list, so keep that in mind. It seems like a quite big amount, but once you install them, you're pretty much good to go for a long time. Hope this helps.
